Charlie

Charlie, this lovely Schnauzer lived with me for a year. He was great company for Cocoa, my previous dog.

I painted Charlie for his mother for her Christmas present. Now it is hanging in her house in Adelaide.

The starkness of the black, white and red appealed to me. I have always liked Schnauzers with their clipped style so I got my Lhasa Apso clipped the same way with the eyebrows, moustache and body fringe. It’s so cute.
